Pork Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 cubed steaks

  • 1 bag pork rinds (crushed into crumbs)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  • Create your assembly line of the flour, whisked eggs, and the pork rinds. Dip the steak into flour first, followed by the egg, and finally the pork rinds.
  • To a skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter with 1 Tbsp olive oil and fry steaks for 3-4 minutes per side; remove & set aside
  • To the same skillet gradually add the cream and whisk in the chicken broth. Simmer until thickened (about 4 minutes) return steaks to skillet and finish cooking another minute or 2
  • Serve with a veggie and starch and enjoy!
