Sheet Pan Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork or beef ribs

  • 1 cup bbq sauce

  • 1 pound green beans; trimmed

  • For the Rub
  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cayenne

  • 2 tsp oregano

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 275
  • Mix all the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and rub with hands into the ribs; front and back
  • Cover with foil, but leave an opening in the middle so it can vent
  • Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours
  • To the same pan add the green beans and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste
  • Brush the bbq sauce over the ribs and bake or broil until green beans are tender and ribs a beautifully glazed over
  • Slice your ribs! Serve immediately and enjoy!
