Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers (assorted colors) ; sliced

  • 1 red onion; sliced

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp; tails off

  • 6 flour tortillas (fajita)

  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • Optional Toppings
  • Shredded cheese of choice

  • Guacamole or Avocado

  • Salsa

  • Jalepeno

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 400F
  • Line a sheet pan with non stick foil or parchment paper. Put the tortillas in a foil packet and place in corner of pan
  • Place shrimp, peppers, and onions on tray and sprinkle with taco seasoning, garlic powder, and olive oil; mix well
  • Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven, tossing halfway through
  • Top with your favorite toppings, Serve alongside rice or anything you like! Enjoy!
