Sheet Pan Steak & Potatoes

A new take on Steak and Potatoes! Super fast, flavor packed, and easy sheet pan dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 mock tender steaks

  • Your favorite steak seasoning

  • 4 russet potatoes; cut into wedges

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • For the mushroom gravy
  • 6 white mushrooms; sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic; minced

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 1/4 cup beef broth

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 375F
  • Place the potatoes on a lined sheet pan and add the cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and toss; hands work best!
  • Bake potatoes for 25- 30 minutes turning halfway through
  • Slide potatoes to one side and add the steak. Sprinkle with your favorite steak seasoning on both sides.
  • Broil on high 4 minutes per side for medium rare or cook until your desired doneness
  • For the mushroom gravy
  • While your potatoes are cooking prepare the gravy. Melt butter and oil in skillet and add the mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook about 3-4 minutes
  • Add in garlic and cook another 30 seconds. Stir in flour and cook until no more white flour is showing
  • Gradually whisk in beef broth whisking constantly as you go. Top your steaks and enjoy!
